M&S Parent & Baby mornings

Marks and Spencer Cafes are running Parent and Baby mornings every Tuesday from 9-11am until the 31st of July. This event is designed to provide parents with children under three years old an opportunity to socialise, take a break from their daily routines, and most importantly, indulge in a well-deserved free sweet treat!
Tom Church, co-founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, has unveiled everything you need to know about these events, as well as some tips on how to stretch your budget as a new parent:
Complimentary Sweet Treats:
Parents who have a Sparks card can enjoy a free cake or pastry with the purchase of any hot drink. The selection includes Victoria Sponge, Scones, Croissants, Carrot Cake, and many more comforting confections.
Tom comments: “Being a new parent can be financially challenging, especially towards the end of parental leave. These M&S Cafe mornings offer a fantastic, budget-friendly outing. It’s a great way to bond with your child and enjoy a little treat without spending a fortune.”
Child-Friendly Environment:
There is no worse feeling as a parent than worrying about your little one's antics in a dining setting like a cafe. At these events, however, parents need not worry, as they have been tailor-made with mums, dads and babies in mind.
Each participating cafe is fully equipped with parent and baby areas, complete with plenty of high chairs to ensure comfort and convenience for families.
Social Interaction:
Interacting with other parents during your child’s early years comes hand-in-hand with a variety of benefits. This event offers a chance for parents to meet and connect with others in their community, allowing them to share experiences and make new friends!
Tom adds: “Connecting with other parents is crucial for building a support system. However, sometimes it can feel overwhelming, especially when coming off the back of spending a lot of time at home with your immediate family.
