Step into the Magic of Christmas

After being welcomed by Santa’s elves at the enchanting ‘Hamleys North Pole,’ visitors will embark on a spellbinding journey through The Elf Workshop, filled with magical fun and games before stepping into the beloved Grotto. Each child will receive a special gift from Santa to remember their visit, creating a cherished memory that will last a lifetime.

Parents are invited to share their children’s names and favourite activities in advance, allowing Santa’s toy-testing elves to craft a personalised and truly magical experience for each little one.

Dates to Remember

Santa will be available from Saturday 23rd November until Tuesday 24^th December, just before he sets off on his journey to deliver presents to children around the world on Christmas Eve.

Location

The adventure begins at the Hamleys Regent Street store entrance, where one of Santa’s friendly elves will guide you to the start of your magical experience.

Who Can Visit?

Santa’s Grotto is designed especially for children aged 2 to 8 years old, but the entire family is welcome to join in the festive fun.

Ticket Pricing

There are three pricing options depending on the date of your visit:

• £55 for entry of 3 people (Dates: 20th November - 15th December)
• Additional guests: £15 per person.
• £70 for entry of 3 people (Dates: 25th November, 26th November, 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th December). Additional guests: £17.50 per person.
• £100 for entry of 3 people (Dates: 21^st December - 24th December). Additional guests: £20 per person.

Families are also welcome to capture their own special moments with Santa, plus there will be an optional photo package available for purchase at the end of the visit.

Important Information

• A minimum of one adult is required for each group booking.
• Each session accommodates up to 6 people, and terms and conditions apply.
• Santa’s Grotto sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve early to ensure you don’t miss out.

Booking Information

Santa’s Grotto bookings are now open online. For those who miss out on their desired time slots, there will be options to check availability and rebook. Unfortunately, once Santa leaves on 24th December, bookings will close for the season, so make sure to secure your spot!
