Easy does it!

A new Easy-On Easy Wear clothing range to support independent dressing for children with disabilities has been launched by George at ASDA.
In a supermarket first, the 24-piece collection includes on-trend pieces for three-to-16 year olds with special requirements that reflect the main kidswear range. It’s available instore and online and offers a wide range of casual clothing adapted to make independent dressing easier for those with additional needs and reduced mobility. Styles range from bold block-coloured tracksuits to contemporary printed co-ordinates, and prices from £9.
Discreet and practical modifications include hidden hook and loop fasteners on necklines to make slipping sweatshirts and tees on and off more comfortable, along with higher backs and longer legs to ensure a level waistband and perfect leg length when seated. Holes are added to make dressing easier for children using feeding tubes, and soft threads have been incorporated, and care labels removed, to prevent irritation and support children with sensory needs.
